We then had a teammate use a toothpick to set off up cells from her cheek and swab them on a slide, she primed(p) the metheylene dogged on the slide and used the water dropper to lick away the excess off of the slide, after allowing the slide to alter she placed the coverslip on. After we were done with the cheek slide, we viewed the amoeba slide and preserve our observations at the different magnifications.
