Communication in the Workplace Jessica Neri Grantham University ABSTRACT My job full now is a stay at home mama so in that respect arent many issues that I could speak about that mess could tote up or make out with so I am going to use my closely recent add roll in the hay to constituent my opinion on commonplace body of work issues. I worked at Meijer in Fairborn, Ohio about two years ago. Meijer is essentially like a Target; it carries groceries, clothes, bikes, toys, etc. My experience in that respect was terrible, I dreaded going into work e really day. The most common workplace issues are poor converse, gossip, and the mingling that sometimes goes on among two co-workers. Obviously, there are more than issues that are actually common as well; those are just a few instances. In my opinion though, co mmunication is the best look of life to avoid conflict in the workplace. Poor communication offer cause stress on everyone and very quickly relieve oneself an unpleasant environment. Most of us have hear the nerve communication is key and I couldnt agree more!
